Our Mindfulness Workshop Series- Designed to EASE STRESS LEVELS and Produce A MORE HEALTHY YOU.
Each of these 2-hour workshops offer unique learning experiences combining tools and techniques not only for calming our minds, but for restoring our entire physical self.
Just as our mental thought patterns affect our physical well-being, the opposite is also true. With this in mind, these workshops introduce concepts and exercises which serve to remove stress from, and restore health to, all areas of our lives.

Level I - Introduction to Mindfulness
Introduces core concepts, including learning to quickly recognize what / how your mind and body react to various situations and the impact of such.
This workshop provides concepts and tools with which to establish and maintain a more mindful approach to daily living, from one situation to the next.
Mindfulness Level II – Presence
This workshop furthers and strengthens the tools introduced in Level I, while introducing methods designed to keep us balanced and grounded, no matter the situation.
When we are able to maintain a sense of calm within our minds, our whole being benefits from the ability to remain present, clear and poised.
This workshop provides challenges which allow us to take note of our reactions, both physical and mental, while then introducing ways to de-stress our bodies immediately, and clear our minds of remaining effects of stress.
Mindfulness Level III – Empowerment
This workshop combines aspects from both Level I and II, while going further into the exploration of mind and self. We all carry with us an image of who we believe ourselves to be, and this image has great influence in our lives.
Empowerment brings us to our honest core, helping us to look at our self-identity and image on a spiritual scale, rather than solely a psychological one.
This workshop provides tools which can help us to better any situation, at any time.
