Group Meditation Winter Session
Making time for meditation is sometimes a challenge, even though we know the health benefits are great from such a simple (not to be confused with easy) practice.
Meditating together in a group setting allows for supportive energy, like-mindedness and a shared sense of wellness and restoration.
All levels of experience are welcome.
(Basic meditation instruction will be provided as needed.)
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a cushion.
Feel free to attend one, two, more, or all meetings, as your schedule allows!
Saturdays, 10:00-10:45 am: 1/21, 2/11, 2/25, 3/11, 3/25
Thursdays, 7:45-8:30 pm: 2/2, 2/16, 3/2, 3/16
Suggested donation - $5.00 per meeting time
