Aikido For Adults
Men and women of all ages, body types and physical conditions can practice Aikido. The benefits of practice are many. Practitioners develop flexibility, coordination, increased range of motion, good posture and better physical condition. Beginning students are typically paired with senior students.
Each student will train at a level appropriate for his or her experience. Both the execution of technique and the receiving of technique is practiced to fully develop the student's abilities.
